Automated document recognition and invoice workflow for financial services firm

In this project we implemented a complex integrated solution to enhance and optimise invoice processing for a company.

We assisted them to automate invoice handling from receiving to metadata entry and approval process flow into ERP system for finalisation.

Main achievements: efficiency in business process, cost savings and digital transformation. Integration of various systems for improved collaboration.
